General Description of Units
The connections of exhaust air and supply air on the unit are interchangeable
1. Damper.
2. Interconnecting ducts.
3. Cassette housings.
4. Aluminum Cassettes.
The cassettes are the heart of the recovering unit. The ultra high effectiveness is due to the pure aluminum used in the cassettes and the process in which the waveforms are applied to the plates. The storm louvers on the exterior side and the entire cassette frame is made from 304 stainless steel for ultimate corrosion and storm water protection. Every cassette can support a 500 CFM flow at .402” pressure drop, so a unit for 7500 CFM will utilize thirty cassettes (fifteen in one cassette housing and fifteen in the other).
